YouVersion Goes iPhone-Friendly
Ok, so that last post might have painted YouVersion's iPhone-friendly format in a bad eye, but the truth is that besides this and Laridian's iPocketBible, there really aren't more touchscreen-friendly Bibles for iPhone devices.
The iPhone version of YouVersion isn't live just yet. They have made a small preview of the iPhone version here.

olive tree is touch friendly & appear to be developing for the iphone 2.0
Touch-friendly yes, but nothing has been formally stated about the iPhone as of yet. I don't think Olive Tree will miss out on that end of things considering their reach in Bible software and look forward to covering them when they do announce.
Antoine, thanks for posting about YouVersion for the iPhone. We are very excited about the tool, and are working hard on it. YouVersion has been a great project, that we are honored to be a part of.
Just so you know, we are working with our publishers to gain access to the translations portably. The iPhone version is designed to be able to go "off-line" so you don't have to have web connectivity, but until the publishers grant us access, it will need to have a web connection.
If you have any questions, or want to know more about it just let me know...shoot me an email at terry.storch@lifechurch.tv.
Thanks again!
