The Anatomy of A Webpage Compared to Our Christian Body
I just posted this on my personal site, but wanted to just also share it here for something to think about (some of the designers here will immediately understand, however its not just written for them). Here is a snippet:
...Many of us use webpages, and as a matter of fact, because of the evolution of the Internet, we really have a hard time in telling a good webpage from a bad one. A good web page is one that is deeemed great from a design perspective, usable, accessible, and reaches for an area in communicating that others have not done before, or others have done, just more successfully. But there really is nothing that one can do about noticing about whether a webpage is good or not until they dig under the pictures and links. You have to dig into the source code to see how it is made, see how it is put together. And from that you know for sure if a web page is great or not. Of course, there is no perfect webpage, but there are plenty of successful ones that are badily designed and implemented. However good or bad, they all make the Internet that we know and use...
