Linking to Treo and Other Updates
Ok, so probably the most fun part about MMM has been teh many people who have written in and said that they like MMM and what we are about. I really appreciate it. I do the best that I can with the time that I have in the hopes that something here will minister to you spiritually, and technologically.
I just added a new link, this one to a fav blog of mine called Treonauts. Now, I know I should have put it on before, but there are so many favortite sites, I tell you, its rough keeping up :). Nonetheless, Treonauts is added. Check out the commentary and the excellent Treo hardware and software store.
Another website, Geekzone, is holding a contest to give away a SP3i Windows Mobile Smartphone. Though I am more the Palm guy, this smartphone looks good enough to me that I might just want one to play with. You have to be a registered member in order to enter the contest. But dont just register to enter, check out the rest of their site as they have plenty of news and reviews for smartphones and PDAs, hardware and software.
Finally, I dont know if you like to keep track of software, but one piece in particular that I am close to, Bible+, has been undergoing a ton of updates over the past few weeks. There have basically been new beta releases every other day (even one day there were two releases). The releases latel have been centering on improving search performance, speed within Bible+, and some much needed stability improvements. There has been the addition of a boolean search, as well as a even smaller xxlite version for those that need lower than the bare minium for their PalmOS device. Click here to download the latest testing version (could be alpha or beta so make sure to back up) and read the postings here so that you are sure to know what's gone into the testing version that you are testing.
