If Paul Had A Blog part 2
I find myself on this Monday thinking again on the issue of what life would have been like for the early church if Paul had a blog. Can you imagine something like this, happening in Corinith. And then Paul, wanting to set things straight, would just post to his blog and then people would be able to read and see right there the issues that might have been otherwise disputed. Or what if Peter had a blog, would he be able to then spend more time with his wife (and possibly family) seeing that some of his footwork would be done electronically.
Of course, saying that brings of the all important issue that the GM article can also show. When people hear an issue, but do not have a connection to the person brining the message, the effectiveness of the message dulls. This is why today it is so important to know Jesus. To know the heart of God towards us. And then, knowing that heart, we become beacons to a dark world. Yes, sometimes we have to be mobile and go some where, other times we have to be mobile and stay put. But all in all, imagine the effectiveness of a Gospel that can be preach on a personal level. Much like GM notices, results are easier to come by when people see your heart.
